Wilton Cake Decorating-Course 2
(Flowers and Cake Design)

Your Wilton Method Instructor will teach you to create breathtaking icing flowers such as pansies, lilies and the famous Wilton Rose. Then, you’ll discover the secrets of arranging them in a beautifully balanced cake-top bouquet.

GED

Earn your High School Equivalency Diploma! This 7 week course will prepare you to write the exam at Red Deer College on Mar 23 and 24. You must be 18 or older.

Social Dance

Feel more confident on the dance floor! Don will teach us how to waltz, Two-Step, Heel Toe Polka, Fox Trot, French Minuet, 7-Step, Saskatchewan Farm Dance, and the Jive-all in 6 lessons!

Design And Create Your Own Website

Learn how to create your very own web pages using free software. This course will look at the structure and style of a web page and show you how to create your own unique website. We will also learn how to use the resources on the web to give our website the richness and flexibility we associate with modern web designs. Bring your ideas, images and favorite web links. Bring your own laptop.

Dog Obedience

Whether it’s teaching your dog such commands as sit, down, stay, or learning how to become the pack leader, this is the class for you and your dog! This class is a must for all dog owners wishing to have a better behaved dog. For dogs 12 weeks or older. (No aggressive dogs please). Bring 6’ leash, treats, favorite toy, and proof of current vaccinations.

Do you have a project that you need help finisheing? Or maybe you want to learn to crochet. Join our small group as Mary teaches us the basics and helps us complete our projects.

Digital SLR Photography Basics

Are you new to the SLR world? Maybe you’ve had one for a while but never used it to its full potential? Join us for a 3 session into as we discuss the basic theory of photography and how to manipulate our cameras settings to get the best results. We will learn some basic techniques, tips and tricks, and touch on some gear to take things to the next level.

This course will continue where the “Basics” left off. We will do a little review and then jump right into detailed subject discussions and practices. The class can decide on 2 of the most popular disciplines-portrait work, sports action, landscapes, pets or equestrian photography.
